Founder and Inventor of Keyzee
I’m Geordie Taylor, an 18-year-old designer and problem solver from Lower Hutt, currently participating in the Young Enterprise Scheme.
Keyzee began in 2024 after a 3D print fail and a comment from my neighbour Steve, who suggested a rough prototype I’d made could help people with arthritis. That sparked months of research, interviews, and design testing.
I found that most key turners rely on pincer grip, which many users struggle with, so I co-designed a better solution—simple, stylish, and easy to use. Keyzee is just the beginning. I love creating practical tools that make everyday life a little easier.
Keyzee is proudly part of the Young Enterprise Scheme, encouraging innovation and end entreprenurship for young New Zealanders.
